Beginners Yoga 4 Week Block
This welcoming, gentle 4 week beginners yoga block is designed for absolute beginners who feel nervous about joining classes with regular members. In a small group of 8, you will learn the basic yoga postures in a slow, safe, and supportive space with others who are also beginning their yoga journey. No experience or flexibility is needed. All equipment is provided. Just come as you are in loose clothing you feel comfortable moving in. There will be time for herbal tea and chats after each session.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow yoga gently links movement with breath and flows between postures (asanas). We begin with grounding pranayama (breathwork) to find focus and presence, gradually moving into a more dynamic sequence to create heat and energise the body. Practice ends with a relaxing savasana so you can float your way out of class. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered.Yin & Yang Yoga
Find true balance with this wonderful class in which we practice both yin and yang (vinyasa) yoga. We'll begin holding one or two gentle floor-based yin postures for a few minutes to settle the body, mind and breath, before easing into into a more dynamic and energising yang style vinyasa flow. After building gentle heat in the body, we'll melt back into calming yin postures to slow back down and soften into a meditative savasana.Chair Yoga
An accessible and gentle seated yoga class using a chair for stability. The practice enables those who may have injuries, or with limited mobility and difficulty with floor based yoga, to practise modified traditional yoga poses (asanas). A wonderfully soothing class, perfect for improving your flexibility, building strength, and reducing stress. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.Energising Vinyasa Flow
An energising, strong Vinyasa flow class. We'll begin with a short pranayama practise to find focus and presence, gently moving into a creative and dynamic asana practice, linking movement with breath and creating heat, shifting energy through the body, and ending with stillness in savasana. All levels welcome, with some experience desirable but not essential. Modifications are offered & also opportunities to explore for more experienced practitioners.Hatha Yoga
A slow paced, foundational yoga class combining traditional yoga poses (asanas) with mindful breath. Hatha yoga deliberately invites the practitioner to hold poses for longer, enabling you to develop alignment, while also gently building strength, focus and presence. Class ends with a long, restful savasana, leaving you feeling grounded and balanced. Perfect for beginners and also suitable for experienced yogis who wish to refine their practice. Modifications offered.Lunchtime Yoga Flow
This slightly shorter 45 minute yoga class is the perfect energising stretch-out and reset for those who wish to take time away from their desk over a lunchtime break. The class offers a vinyasa style practice, linking movement with breath and flows between postures. You'll leave feeling refreshed, focused and calm, ready for your afternoon.Yin Yoga
Yin yoga invites us to slow down. It's mainly a floor-based practice, where postures are typically held for around 3 - 5 minutes. By holding poses for a longer duration of time, our bodies soften, muscles release, and we can target the deeper connective tissues in the body. This class is suitable for all levels. Props are used and modifications are suggested.Relaxing Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing practice enabling you to switch off from the busyness of everyday life. A gentle, floor-based class using cosy props (blankets, bolsters, cushions) to support your body in passive poses for extended periods, letting your muscles relax and your nervous system to calm and reset. A wonderfully restful class for all levels.Pilates
An energising mat-based Pilates class using body weight (and often props) to practise controlled movements which build mobility, strength, flexibility and posture. A low impact, high reward workout to complement your yoga practice, suitable for all levels with modifications offered.
