Beginners Yoga 4 Week Block
Starting Wednesday 28th October at 19.30 - 20.30
This welcoming, gentle 4 week yoga block is designed for absolute beginners, or those who might have tried yoga before and would like a refresher before joining classes with regular members. In a small group of 8, you will learn the basic yoga postures in a slow, safe, and supportive space with others who are also beginning their yoga journey. No experience or flexibility is needed. All equipment is provided. Just come as you are in loose clothing you feel comfortable moving in. There will be time for herbal tea and chats after each session.
Postnatal Yoga 4 Week Block
Starting Friday 6th November at 13.30 - 14.45.
This yoga series is designed to support you as you navigate life after birth, offering a space to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and take a moment for yourself with your baby. We’ll focus on postnatal recovery through gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation, with particular attention to pelvic floor health, abdominal recovery and reconnecting with your deep core muscles. We’ll also explore gentle stretches and movements to ease tension in the neck, shoulders and back - areas that can feel the effects of feeding, carrying and caring for your baby. These sessions are about more than movement: they offer a space for parents to meet with their babies, chat, share experiences and build connections with others going through a similar stage of life. We’re delighted to be partnering with Fika North, who will be providing a warm drink after each class, where there will be an opportunity to stay a while and connect with others over a coffee.
Slow Burn: An Introduction to Chandra Krama
Sunday 8th November at 10.00 - 11.15
Join senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, Jamie Blowers, for this 75 minute gentle, flowing practice based on Matthew Sweeney’s Moon Sequence (Chandra Krama). It’s built around back bends and hip opening, with long, soft holds and smooth vinyasa, and it gives your wrists and shoulders a well-earned rest. A calming counterbalance to busier vinyasa flow classes. All levels welcome.
Small Group Reiki
Sunday 22nd November & Sunday 20th December at 15.30 - 17.00
Step into deep rest and energetic renewal with this intimate small-group Reiki session (maximum 6 people), held in our cosy candlelit studio. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. As you settle into a restful state, Alice will guide you through breath awareness and relaxation before offering hands-on or hands-off Reiki, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed. This session is a calm, nurturing space to pause, slow down and simply be.

Yin by Candlelight: Releasing into Winter
Friday 4th December at 19.00 - 20.30
Join us for this deep release as we journey into the depths of winter with 90 minutes of gentle and mindful yin yoga in a soft, candlelit setting. Through a slow, nourishing floor-based Yin practice, candlelight and an atmospheric playlist, our intention is to create a warm, cosy sanctuary away from the busyness of the festive season. This is an invitation to put down the to-do list, quieten the outside noise and give yourself permission to simply be.
