Terms & Conditions

1. Booking, Purchases & Pass Validity

- Booking Platforms: All class passes, memberships, and workshop bookings must be purchased and scheduled through the BSport App or the official Mudra website.

- Booking Window: Class bookings can be made up to 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time, subject to availability.

- Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to attending any class or event.

- No Extensions or Refunds: Class passes cannot be extended under any circumstances. Members are entirely responsible for tracking and using their credits within the specific validity period of the pass they have purchased. Pass extensions will not be permitted, nor will refunds be given for unused credits.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

- 8-Hour Window: If you need to cancel a class, you must do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time via the BSport App or website.

- Late Cancellations: If a class is cancelled within 8 hours of the time the class is due to start, no refund can be given.

3. Studio Arrival & No Late-Entry Policy

- Door-Lock Mandate: We cannot accept late arrivals to class as the teacher must lock the door before teaching.

- Lock Time: The studio door will be locked exactly at the scheduled start time of the class.

- Non-Admission: Late persons will not be admitted under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced as late entry disrupts the class flow and affects the experience of other class participants.

4. Studio Info

- Equipment Use: High-quality yoga mats, props, and equipment are provided by the studio for all participants free of charge. Members and guests are always welcome to bring and use their own personal mats and props if they prefer. If using studio equipment please ensure you treat it with care and return to the prop cupboard clean and in the same condition that you found it.

- Respectful Environment: All participants must treat staff, teachers, and other members with respect. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

- Mobile Phones: Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during class to protect the enjoyment and privacy of other members. All phones must be switched to silent and kept inside a bag or jacket at the back of the room, or left on the ground floor.

5. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
